The ZB2 Color Sorting Machine is engineered for high-precision, high-throughput processing in small- to mid-scale operations. Equipped with advanced high-resolution RGB CCD sensors and a 126-channel high-speed pneumatic ejection system, the ZB2 delivers exceptional accuracy in detecting and removing defective, discolored, and foreign materials.
Designed for superior reliability, efficiency, and sorting performance, the ZB2 minimizes rejection carryover, ensuring cleaner separation, improved sorting accuracy, higher product recovery, and increased overall yield.
The machine is equipped with a 600 mm wide food-grade PVC conveyor belt, designed for safe, hygienic, and efficient material transportation throughout the sorting process. Its optimized conveyor design enables smooth and consistent material flow while supporting stringent food safety and hygiene standards.
With its combination of advanced imaging technology, high-speed ejection, efficient material handling, and robust construction, the ZB2 provides consistent output quality, reduces material waste, improves operational productivity, and delivers greater long-term profitability.
